Considering getting one of these if not both. My buddy thinks the 1924 is unc same for the 18s.

What sayeth the ccf community. The 24 has a little gunk which I will acetone rinse tomorrow.

1924 is AU-50, the 1918-S is AU-53. On the obverse notice the top line of the horizontal drapery, right breast chainmail, and exterior periphery detail at the left on the shield.

Both show degrees of circulation.

Yea I'm gonna pass on both....still gonna get rid of the gunk of the 1924...my buddy paid like $400 for the pair....he's probably gonna lose money on this venture.....

24 is AU53 or 55.

18 S is AU50 - flat leg, breast and leading edge of wing feathers are worn.

He can probably get 120-135 for the '18-S & about the same for the 24, so not terribly bad, but still a slight losing deal
