I found this today, it's a 1987 D quarter and it looks like an RPM. What do u think?

Looks more like machine damage on that area. Note the mark above the hair curl. Probably more visible on the coin?

Thank you! you are so knowledable,I think I just need to find an actual RPM, to be able to tell the difference, it's hard for me to tell the difference on just seeing pictures. I think I got die cracks and Cuds, and some other errors, but when it comes to DDs or RPMs I just don't see it. I guess it just takes time:)
