1968 D Possible RPM And DDR Please Help

I was looking too closely at some silver clad halves and I think this may be a repunched mint mark. Also the reverse has some doubling around the legends. What kind of doubling would you say it is?

I can't tell what's up with the mintmark, but the reverse looks like MD

the D looks damaged which caused fill

the reverse is machine damage or md Machine Doubling which is not actually doubled that part is damaged the part that appears doubled is cut into the design
