Found this coin today and thought was just another wheat for my collection but then I saw the excess of cooper between the letters b and eplease let me know if it's a error .... Super Thanks !

That is a die chip called a 'BIE' denoting the location of the location of the chip in reference to the letter of LIBERTY.
