I used photo editing to overlay the subject coin with the four known genuine mint mark positions, and it matched none of them.
Additionally, three of the four genuine dies, the mint mark is slanted, and only one is it upright. This mint mark is upright. The one genuine upright mint mark position is farther from the date and closer to the rim (to the right).
