I have a 1914 S Buffalo nickel. There is a crack around the rim on both sides of the coin. On Obverse, it runs from the 1 in the date back around the feathers and head to L in Liberty... on reverse, it runs all the way around the rim except for under the Buffalo back feet. see pics below. Please tell me what type of error this is and weather there is a premium on the value. I would grade the coin as Good.

Circulation may have moved the metal a bit on the reverse. (note how the rim is not equally the same width) The obverse almost looks like form the image an incuse line in that area. (A die crack would be raised) Probably the biggest problem with this coin is coin wear. Probably a 'AG-3' grade coin. http://www.PCGS.com/photograde/#/Buffalo/Grades

Not sure what you mean by "Circulation may have moved the metal a bit on the reverse...
The more I look at the reverse, the more I think it was a double die ... I see about posting a clear pic of the entire reverse.

This may show how more of what I am talking about... I am thinking it was a double strick due to what looks like a double rim on the bottom and how the crack on letters at the top seem to be at two different levels.

The circulation wear through the 102 years it has been out there was worn down the devices, the rim is now flat. That alters a coin. Here is a BU example:
