This is my favorite error from the 1992 Canada 125 25 cents series. Obtained this from an original roll of New Bruswick coins back in 1992. Cracked open the shrink wrapped roll, and started to flip each coin and was so ecstatic to see this error. Felt like I won the lottery at that time.

A 90, is harder to fine than a 180, for what ever reasons.

Errors are even better, when you find them in 'the wild' yourself!! Thanks for sharing!!

Nice one!! I'm trying to put a collection right around the clock and have this one. The unfortunate part is if its not a 90 or 180 degree rotate ICCS will only call it a rotated die and its a pet peeve of mine.I don't know why they shy away from putting the true degree of rotation.

That's a challenging set of errors. If you can add one or two a year you will be doing well. I'd love to see the set some day.
Personally, I don't think ICCS certification would add value to the collection.

Hard holders are the way to go with rotation errors, just flip and you see the degrees.

Soft flips should have went the way of the dinosaur almost as long ago. No security, and only around because of one dinosaur.

At $6.50 a pop (that's less than $5.00 US) those dinosaurs are a bargain. For that price most people wouldn't give you the time of day let alone a marketable opinion. And how many coins are worth the price of a hard slab? Far,far more exist at the lower end of the price range where the lower cost is attractive. As long the bargain continues and they continue to sell well in the marketplace they are in no danger of extinction
