cjweber Valued Member United States 311 Posts	Posted 03/07/2016 8:03 pm I have to agree with everyone that says 63... even the PCGS photograde has a scratch in almost that same exact spot on the obverse I think it could have been a 64 if it wasn't for the scratch bringing it down a notch.
