I'm in at MS63RD. Scratches on the obverse are a bit of a bummer but they are probably accentuated from the light source. Nice!

I have to agree with everyone that says 63... even the PCGS photograde has a scratch in almost that same exact spot on the obverse I think it could have been a 64 if it wasn't for the scratch bringing it down a notch.
