I use blank Dansco pages to make my custom sets, this works out very well for me. I also use a label maker to make notes for each coin.

I really like your type set, it is a great example of how coin collecting can be almost anything anyone wants.

Sounds like a good idea.

Dansco has some options.

Blank binders are available, different sizes depending
on how many pages you might want to put in. Blank pages
are available for both Dollars and Half Dollars.

There is also a blank silver dollar Dansco available
http://www.wizardcoinsupply.com/dan...8-ports.html

A half Dollar page could be added.

Just thought I would mention, The 1982 George Washington
half dollars and maybe even a Ike dollar might fit into
your theme.

I just use whatever one Walmart carries at the time, although I find it nice to be able to change the font size and also be able to add Symbols like cents and dollars

You might also consider the 1990 Eisenhower Centennial silver dollar as part of your "Served with Honor" category and the 2012 Star-Spangled Banner silver dollar within "Wars, Battles, Conflicts."

Considering the SSB's ties to the War of 1812 and its depiction of Fort McHenry, site of the intense bombardment that helped inspire what became the US national anthem, I think it might match your inclusion criteria.

Not sure how I missed its absence from orchard53's list.
Rest in Peace

Absolutely wonderful ideas for putting together beautiful self made sets. Please share your photos as your sets advance.

Those would make some astounding presentations within those categories.

I use a Ptouch label maker

My-Next-Type-Collection---Ideas?--Feedback?-Display-Suggestions?

I purchase the label tape on ebay. There are many options
for label tape, I use black on white, Black on clear.
Also there is different sizes of tape.

The Ptouch label maker I use has different options, like
print size, small, medium and large.
