I have never seen a coin from the 1600s with lettering like that, and the cross is very sloppily executed. I suspect this is some sort of modern fantasy. The number 1 in the date looks like an upper case letter I. This does not make sense to me. Better pics, especially of the obv would help, but this looks like a modern fantasy token to me.
