From the tick showing on the rim I'd guess PMD.

I wondered about that too, but if the lamination occurred before the strike, I would think there would be a sign of it on the rim as well. Just a thought. The rim looks smaller in that area.

It is a lamination that peeled after the strike. You can see the ghost image of the 'D' on GOD on upper left. If it were PSD, that would have been removed and possibly the reverse would be bulged out. Lamination.

The hair would also be a lot more defined if it was pre-strike lamination, I'm with Coop: Post Strike Lamination
