Need to see a picture of the reverse of these. I am not sure if these are real. By chance if they are real I would not bid on them. They are both fairly common and the types of tears that these have greatly reduces the value.

Hard to see the serial numbers. If the serial number on the one is 82129 and on the five if the serial number is 18262 both are listed as fakes

If the signatures & serial numbers are printed in black ink, they are copies, genuine notes should show Brown or Red ink..

^ Pretty much all that's been said - known fake serial numbers, black ink.

The sides are also fairly straight. Most Confederate notes are poorly cut, since they used shears at the time.
