I put in a token bid on a coin on ebay, and the seller sent me these links. They are very concerning, and the seller's actions are very suspect. The prices he is asking are way below what the coins are worth if they are worth if they are genuine.

This seller's 1889 CC has been discussed here.

And here is the 1794 Dollar:

And the seller's listing:

Something is definitely not right here. Any ideas? The 1794 dollar is worth 5-10 times what he is asking.

The 1794 XF40 flowing dollar is currently housed in a PCGS secure holder. The coin sold at a Heritage auction in 2015 for $270,250. If this guy get a hold of your 35K, you will have a hard time getting it back. It looks like at some point he got these high end coins in hand and took photos. Photo of current 1794 holder is below:

I'd be worried about viruses or spyware if I went to those links...especially from a seller of fakes.

I hope Bobby can get this guy booted ASAP

It does make me wonder what this seller is going to send if someone buys his 1794 dollar.

If you want to buy a genuine 1794 flowing hair dollar, consider making a offer on this one, but this one might be a little out of your price range.

I think your concern is well founded, TypeCoin. I didn't open any links from this guy. Too much weirdness with his sales and his products.

My little NO NO alarm is ringing.
