The Sac dollar has spots on it, and the 'horseshoe' appears to be either a spot or something laying on the coin. The Montana quarter has a die crack, but a LOT of modern proof coins have die cracks. I believe NGC is the only company that grades entire sets as sets, but you would have to contact them regarding whether they grade these sets. I don't know. Report this Post to the Staff
