Notice the notching on the 4 and D in MM. Is this PMD, RPM, DD, or something entirely different?

Something skimmed a bit off the top of the left side and snow plowed to the center of the mint mark. I agree with coin masters on this one. Machine damage, probably from ejection of the coin out of the chamber. The hit can also be seen on the 4. But it is still PSD because it happened after the strike during ejection of the coin.
