If they were different than what his opening bid was on each item I'd agree with you but that isn't the case. Either way the 09s VDB should be removed. It does not say the estimate must be more than the asking price for it to be a policy violation. There might be a question of whether photos are considered part of the description, though. I would be surprised if an argument could be made that photos are not part of the description. Their current and sold items contain more items with the price on the holder is higher than the asking or sold price. I don't know what he means by his stated price in the coin picture. It does match his lowest 'bid' amount. So in my opinion it's no different than what his asking price is on the auction itself.
