After picking up my first Walking Liberty half last week, I decided to purchase a Dansco album to store my collection. I am beginning with lower-grade (VG or higher) through 1921 and then increasing the grading bar as I get closer to the end of the series. So far, I have purchased the1917, 1917 S (Rev. mint Mark), and 1918. I really love the design of this series and it has been a joy to look over these circulated coins. I like to think of how these coins may have been spent during the teens through the 40s. Here are a few photos (sorry for the poor quality).

I am also beginning a Peace dollar collection in a Dansco 7175. I'll be focusing my attention solely on these two series. for now. I saw this 1922 coin below at my local coin shop today. It is a really beautiful coin. I'm thinking it may be around an MS-63? Regardless, I really dig Peace dollars and I'd like to continue an MS collection in this album. Thanks for looking!

Two sets I hope to complete someday. Really great start! I love the Walkers - really nice consistency in terms of grade. Will look great as the album fills up.

As others have said, you are off to a good start.

Doing the early Walkers in lower grades, makes the set
easier to complete. I may have to do the same thing

The Peace dollars is also a good set to have. Only a few
harder coins.

I will be looking forward to seeing your progress.
