good evening all I was looking at some more LMC and found this 1998 with something strange inside the memorial building I tried the tooth pick to see if it was just bubbles but no movement at all anyone have a clue what is going on here

Sometimes they are a little rotated and it shifts the effects some. Your's is pretty much dead on. Remember when the dies clash, the high points are transferred as low points to the opposing die - which in turn, are transferred as high points on coins. You're seeing the field on your clash. Nice find.
