I have something that looks about the same but on smaller different coins involving the names Hejaz & Nejd

I believe that these two coins are of different diameters, which would make the stamp on the rupee appear larger. The fact that they are offered together is unusual. The coins appear to be genuine but I'm not sure about the stamps.
