By the looks of it my guess would be michine doubling or late die stage hard to see in the pics but I admit I'm no expert in sure some of them will weigh in on this.

Looks like a worn die. You need to name the coins differently or the next coin you post will replace the previous one.

you'll notice die deteriation doubling on the side of the devices that face the rim and welcome to the forum

It is probably Die Deterioration. If so, then the date will show it on the right side of the digits. The LIBERTY will show it on the left side of the devices and the motto will show it on the tops of the devices. Kind of like this in a varying degree:

I would welcome a closer set of images of the date, LIBERTY to add to my educational files, if you can get some later on about the size of the images I posted. Thank you.
