Definitely not a coin. Looks like a home-made broach with a silver-colred blank, cabouchon, partially obstructed pin with dates, and added crown on the front. Do those egg-shapped pices maybe come off on the back? I'm guessing that they are the backside of two pins for attaching this broach to a shirt.
