Very pleasant color for your N-2. TPG VF35. A very attractive coin!

I think you could get a VF35 through a TPG... I think it could be a RB also... but most likely that's where the rub would be in their grading and they would keep it as a BN... nice coin

I have no idea where you can see any red on this coin which would make it R&B (red and brown). That distinction is really only applied to Mint State copper, although for reasons beyond my comprehension NGC places the "Bn" (brown) designation at the end of some their grades for circulated coins.

It is conceivable for an AU coin to show some original red although it would be hard to have enough red on such a coin to call it "R&B." For pieces that have had a fair amount of circulation, such as this piece, the only way you are going to see red on it is if it has been cleaned or dipped. Both actions are disastrous for old copper coins. Knowledgeable collectors hate manufactured red color.
Rest in Peace

High end VF, so 35 isn't out of line. Neat repunched date, too.

As mentioned, anything below an AU-58 won't get a R/B or R designation from either PCGS or NGC.

I agree with VF35 but as close as you can get to EF40. Lovely colour too.
