i believe it to just be some light tarnishing or toning. it has some light tarnish or toning under the bust too. it isn't really a distraction.

I'll throw a 65 in here because of the (too) small pics..
I'm sure that you can add 800x800 pics in here for the same money...
I never understand why baby pics are seen here..

hey dollarman, I use a free program called Picasa. You could drag your pictures into the desktop icon from whatever folder you save your pictures into, it opens up and you can crop right there, save it and upload it. might help you

trust me, I'm technologically disabled or pretty close to it. most advanced thing I have been able to do this week is open a gmail hangout(i wish that was a joke lol).
