1919 Lincoln Wheat Penny Strange "Li" In "Liberty"

Hi fellow coin enthusiasts!
I am a beginning collector, and I found this 1919 Lincoln Wheat cent while coin roll hunting.
The weird thing is, it has a mixed "LI" in "LIBERTY" as though it has extra metal.
What is this and is it worth anything? If so, how much?
Please let me know if the pictures came out OK.

to CCF. Looks like a lamination error but to small to have much if any premium. Nice find none the less though.
