Could this be a horizontal RPM?

First one is this die 1956D-1MM-004

Second one looks like coin contact.
Third one doesn't look like a mint mark punch cause that event. The location is all wrong for the 1956D-1MM-008

First one is 1956d-1mm-004, the rest aren't RPMs.
