I am not good at grading but that haze would be a deal breaker for me.

may have been improperly stored. moisture will cause this. the first one may even get an impaired grade. the second one maybe PR63. not my wheelhouse

Most Brown Ikes are milky, you can find clean ones,and they may even haze over in time.Graded Ike proofs can be had a lot cleaner. I love the Brown Ikes for what they are... They can be bought at good prices now,probablly a long time till they appreciate without silver going up..1973 being the key, then 1974...IMHO
