I'd agree with VF20 and note that it has a slightly weak strike towards the right upper obverse with what looks like some die subsidence. A textbook example of what a circulated Bust in lower VF should look like with regards to surfaces, wear, and color. Super attractive.
I love the die crack bisecting the 0 in the date; that may be diagnostic for an Overton attribution.
