I am having a hard time finding information on die markers for this variety, the stars appear to have some notching.

You should see hub doubling on the U.S.A. which should be strong.

There are over 30 of these for that year, do you think that it may be a different one?

If you look at the photo of the 67 BS DDR-001 (FS-50-1967-801) in James Wiles Kennedy book you can see two die scratches that would be good markers, the die scratch NW of the E in STATES, and the die scratch NW from the star under STATES between the T and E. See attached photo of the DDR-001 from my collection.

When I look at your photos, I don't think yours looks like the DDR-001. There are 18 CONECA listed DDR's...check out the listings, maybe you can match something. I don't think so...I think the doubling on yours is just minor.
