I was looking at my 1966 SMS (my birth year, so I have picked a couple up at flea markets), and noticed doubling on the IGWT. I looked at my other set, and it is not present on it. I did a quick google, and just came up with some for sale on ebay.

What do I have?

I must be tired. I think it is just reflections and some die wear playing games with me. Here is another shot.

Looks like machine damage to the devices in that area.
