Your coin does not correspond to any known authentic error type.

You can search this site for images of authentic split planchet errors. The lines on your coin are too straight and uniform - resembling lines caused by a grinder.

I can't recall ever seeing a split planchet on a modern plated steel coin. That would be a good find!
