coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 03/21/2016 10:14 pm Well it is below the date and to the right of the bust and not touching the edge of the die. So it is within tolerance. They were hand punched until 1990 when the mint mark was part of the design for each mint.
