That serial number isn't listed in the Kelly census CD that came with the 4th edition of National Bank Notes. That only shows 7 large size, 4 small size on this bank.
If someone has access to Track and Price, there might be a more up-to-date count on the number of notes known. I think it also gives prices in various grades too.
The above book lists the value of $1,000 in Fine. However, this is likely outdated.
