Dropped the wife off at the grocery store, I went across the street to the bank drive-up window. Ask if the lady had any half dollars. No but she would check, returned and said they had 100 rolls, or so I thought she said(may have been $100.00). I purchased one roll. Short story, opened roll while waiting for the wife. Almost the first coin was a 1969 Kennedy. Told her I wanted to return to the bank for 4 more rolls, she wanted to go home so home we went. Returned to day, ask for 5 rolls, opened 2 rolls before the Diabetes class started, found 2 1964 Kennedy's, 1 '66, 1 67, 1 '69. That's 5 silver in 2 rolls. After class went and purchased all they had, ask for 5 more and but only had 3 rolls. Found additional '64, and 20 66-69 and 1 1980 Peso. All this from 8 rolls. It all goes well with the other '64, 65, and '69 I had found just asking for halves at the drive up windows. So much fun finding silver. Webekin

To CCF , After the first 2 rolls I would have gone into that bank and bought all that they had. I'm assuming they were customer wrapped rolls ? Still a nice pickup .

Nice but in the future , if your spidey senses are tingling don't play footsy. Buy em out! If you can afford to. Who knows what was in the rolls you missed. Although I bet the guy who got the other rolls went back the next day only to find someone else (you) got em!... I suggest selling them.and showing the wife the profits so she will be encouraging in the future Oh, and

Totally agree with everyone else. If you are pulling silver and silver and more silver, go sell your house, your car, or some other item that is certainly not silver and buy the whole BANK full!

You are a lucky man I use to do this years ago before roll hunting had a name, I only found clads and not enough of them for the time I wasted.

I agree on taking them all. Were they customer rolled or machine?

I've roll hunted since the Hunt's fiasco. I find more silver in the present day than I did back then.
Congrats, and 'always buy them all.'
When I listen to LED ZEPPELIN...so do my neighbors... Roll hunting since '77 Dirt fishing since '72

These were all customer wrapped. I now have a full box of 50 rolls to unload somewhere so I can purchase more to search. Webekin
