Can you please explain where you see the errors? To me it looks like a normal coin.

The picture didn't turn out . I have others but, the letters in United States and a few in America are over the rim of the coin and the pillars are slanted , curvy. There is also a dark spot and thick indent where the dark spot is. Sorry for the picture I can post better ones. Thanks.
