I am still waiting more reply in my other topic , but I was reading about 1990 Lincoln cents without any S in it ! . I have like 7 cents without S in it ! or there is more info about it ?

That is a Philly business strike cent. (philly cents have never had a mint mark, even the proofs from there don't have a mint mark) The one you are wanting is from the San Francisco mint that is a proof coin with out the mint mark. The one you have save are high in number. 8.51 billion + coins. They are worth what it says on the reverse.

The valuable ones look like this:

Proof cent without the mint mark 'S' on it. Very shiny fields and frosted devices.

I take it Philly didn't make any proofs in 1990.

Correct. in 1968 they started making proof coins in San Francisco with the 'S' mint mark. The West Point mint makes proofs and in 1999 there was a SBS dollar proof with the 'P' mint mark on it. In 1968-1974 they also struck business strike cents at San Francisco. (they are not proofs but carry the 'S' mint mark.
