I found this penny and am not exacly sure what I'm looking at but it looks like a double upper lip

2010-Penny-Double-Lipped?

I'm used to seeing something more like this

What's wrong? The double is just the bottom lipped cut in two because of machine damage? It doesn't appear to be machine damaged to me.

Just a well placed hit. Regular circulation damage by the looks of it.

You can see where something hit it, leaving a depression and metal displacement. PSD
