1934 Mercury Dime With Full Bands

I'm interested in opinions on this 1934 Mercury. It has strong luster(better than the photos show). Brilliant obverse with some light toning by the rims and some toning on the reverse. The bands looks split to me.

There are a few light marks on Liberty's neck. Nothing other major.

Thanks for sharing your grading thoughts.

I have it at MS63 however the upper band does not look full split

Not a fan of the splotches on the reverse I think it takes away from the eye appeal of what I would consider MS-62
