No indication of cleaning. I'd grade it at VF-35.

I agree with Moxking ... VF-35. While these Civil War tokens are fairly common, they command a strong premium, thanks to the fish pictorial and subject matter. Marshall was a coin dealer. He had other tokens struck in 1860 and 1862.

I have an identical token that I bought a few years ago that was in with a bunch of other coins and tokens. I live about 45 mins West of Oswego.
