Picked this up for $17....a nice die break on the obverse. Typical San Francisco strike...,strong obv weak reverse....got back a 21S from NGC this week I thought a f15 came back a vf25....thinking this could come back a VF as well. Thoughts?

Are you sure that's a die break on obverse through feather. I think a VF would have more detail on the horn .

Looks more like a F-15 to me. Can't really see the obverse very well, and I'm also not sure about the die break either.

Given the first two digits in the date, I'm at VG-08.

I'm pretty sure it's a die break....the 26s along with all twenties San Francisco strikes used weak and worn out dies hence inconsistencies in obv and rev strikes,,,,,i.e., weak horn weak date, etc.

VG10 in my opinion, I think the hair detail and horn are too weak to pull a Fine grade, weak strike notwithstanding.
