2002-D Lincoln Cent With Spots Of Metal

I have a 2002 d Lincoln Cent that has a spot of metal in front of the first 2, on the second 2, on the u in trust, on Lincolns nose, and on his shoulder. The spots on and near the date appear to be the exact same same size. They are all raised. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hard to say from your photo, but probably either bubbles under the plating or perhaps die chips.

Looks like the rinse was good on the zinc planchet and was covered by the plating leaving raised areas on the coin. Eventually with circulation these bumps will come off and the zinc will be exposed and start to rot. Very spendable.
