I'm looking at the L and it doesn't look flat and shelf like like a MD. What do you guys think? Sorry I'm kind of bad at telling the difference some times.

True it doesn't look shelf like, but it does reduce the size of the device. Note the 'B' is almost the same thickness in that area. Nothing else seems altered like that in that area. Hub doubling will affect other devices around that area.

Note on this image how the devices are enlarged consistently?

This maybe a case of very light machine damage to those devices. Not like the classic bounce that we often see. Just a slight movement of the dies during the strikes. Keep in mind also that the proof coins are struck more than once. I pulled an image of that year proof.

Not the 'L' on LIBERTY bottom part is normally larger than the 'B'. So I fell this is not a doubled die, but slight MD.
