Is this a doubled die and if so what sort of grade/value or just minor?

Can you post clos-ups of the areas in question. It could be master die doubling.

If what you are seeing on these areas as doubling:
1972-Lincoln-Cent-Doubled-Die-Grade/Value-?
It is master die doubling happened on a large percentage of the coins from all three mints. (Very common, no premium.

If you are looking at the jaw, then that is machine damage to the coin during the strike.
