It appears that there are two present, but does not look like an RPM? I have seen this a few times so knowing what causes it would be great. Report this Post to the Staff

(maybe the top serif might be split as well) As far as die number, we need to see this coin rotated horizontally showing the tops of the date and mint mark area. Report this Post to the Staff
