I am trying to understand grading better. These four coins are all in NGC holders and if you can provide a grade estimate on each it would be appreciated. Perhaps even A B C D from best to worst. Thanks

Near as I can tell they all show no wear at all. The only difference is the amount of luster on the coins. So based on that #2 is the best looking, MS-63, followed by #4, also MS-63, than # 3, MS-62 and #1, MS-62.

That's pretty much as I see it too. I am no good with the numbers but can see that they look uncirculated and in mint condition meaning the only way to differentiate is by the colour.
In order coin 2, 4, 3, and then 1 in order of which is brighter...

The bottom of the cross on the shield seems best defined on #2 and less distinct on the others. There may be some differences in the amount of detail on the rider's helmet and pants but I can't be sure.

Thanks. I agree numbers 1, 3 and four are all graded 65. I own number 2 and it is graded 64. I had passed on number 1 and 3 when they came up for auction. I disliked the dark coloring. Number 4 is coming up for auction in a couple weeks and I hope to win it so I can compare it and 2 in hand side by side. It is a tough choice because from the images the center reverse of coin four is slightly weak struck but has less ticks then number 2. I have a ready buyer for the one I do not choose.
