The top coin appears to be an interesting circular die break, something I have not noted before.
The second looks like a lamination defect in the planchet.

Both are nice items.

Hi 999fine:
I am just wondering if in the second coin what is going on is a Cracked Planchet. What is your opinion ?
Thanks a lot !

From ERROR-REF :

"PART V. Planchet Errors:
Cracked Planchet
Definition: A planchet that developed a crack prior to, or after the strike. In the case of cracks that form before the strike, the rim and neighboring design elements often show slight abnormalities.
This 1921-S Morgan dollar was struck on a cracked planchet. Images courtesy of Heritage Auctions."
