Hey there!

I am trying to figure out which (or of both) of the Azerbaijan series were in circulation in 1993. I'm putting together an album of one note each from every country in 1993 as well as 1975 (I was born in 1975 and graduated from high school in 1993). In 1992 there was a "no date" issue. In 1993 there was another "no date issue" that extended into 1994 and 1995 (the 10,000 and 50,000 notes, respectively).

Would both P-11 (1 manat from 1992 ND) and P-14 (1 manat from 1993-5 ND) have been in circulation as of 1993? It would seem likely, but I am having trouble deciding which to snag for Azerbaijan.

Ideas?
Rest in Peace

Don't know, but I do know you've chosen a killer cool way to collect.

Both notes would have circulated in 1993. The 10,000 and 50,000 Manat notes came later when inflation required them.

Pick the prettier note, there you are.

I'm a sucker for a note from 1952, or my Dad's birth year of 1924.

Thanks! P-14 is IMO much better looking than P-11, but I will have to hunt down the prices. Neither is particularly valuable, but. ;)
