Although I never pick around the ancient forums, I decided to ask a dealer at a coin show if they had any ancients. He said he doesn't but he has a copy of one. Then he just gave me the following coin for free stating that it is not real. Can you give me some information regarding this coin and if this coin is real or fake?

Google "nero caesar augustus", and view images and you will see several examples identified as "nero denarius".

Check the edges. You will probably see a line or evidence of sanding on the edge to remove the line. In a cast copy, which this probably is, that line is where the two molds came together.

The mushiness of the details of the figures in relief on both sides, and the apparent "pebbling" of the surfaces could be an indication of having been cast, but I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that this coin is a modern struck reproduction in silver. I think that the apparent surface feature anomalies are the result of the method of closeup photography employed.

I would compare this coin with other modern repros in good silver (e.g. Slavei) to see if anything matches. I think that even up super close like this the Slaveis look better, but you get the idea.
