Machine Doubling or ?
This one looked like it had a heavy edge across lincoln's nose down across his chest. The date look heavier too.

It looks like Machine damage on the face. Note the metal striations lines on that area and probably also in the same direction on the date. But the neck looks like an enhancement of the weakening design that they did at that time. (probably on a hub) If it were on the master die they would all show the same thing on all coins. But there are varying degrees noticed.
