I need help to identify this coin. Weigth 0.95 gram. Diameter 16 mm.

The shields immediately reminded me of Portugal, so I checked early Portuguese coins on Numista, and this seems to be the closest.

But it could just as easily be this, this, or this (the distinguishing parts of the legend are well worn on your coin, so I had to guess from the number of letters and the cross shape), or even a type not represented on Numista at all (it's far from complete for medieval coins).

. Nice pick up--the coin is pretty worn, but dates back to the mid 1300s. Thin arms on the obv cross match with Fernando I.
