Atillas23 New Member Bulgaria 6 Posts	Posted 04/09/2016 3:43 pm I cant provide right now but it is like that. The interesting part is that the coin is broken in a simetrical way. I don't have missing part . I have got this coin from my family and I think it is well preserved 600 years like family relic but I don;t know. Simply it looks like Akche from Murad II .Our family lived near Varna (where battle was fought between Murad II and crusaders). After that he led large colonisation effort with Turkish settlers from anatolia in the new conquered territories of Balkans. Near Varna were one small village named after Pasha who died in battle . My family lived near village 30 km from Varna that had name of Pasha Yigit. I wonder if this coin is used like stamp of Sipahi ? Who fought well in this battle . Report this Post to the Staff
